Shipping:

Items are shipped from our office in Brooklyn, NY. Please allow 3-4 business days for your package to be prepared to send (unless there is a Pre-Order situation on the Self Care Sweater). Once shipped, the shipping time is determined by the shipping speed selected at checkout.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder if you don't see it.

Returns:

*For our sale items, all sales will be a FINAL SALE. 

*For the Self-Care Sweater, returns are available within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
